As a Product Designer focused on enhancing user experience through rigorous UX research, I delved into identifying and resolving key usability challenges. My approach involved a comprehensive analysis of user feedback and pain points, followed by a strategic redesign of the user interfaces.

After finalizing the visual style, I turned my attention to incorporating the findings from the UX researcher's study. This involved addressing a detailed list of desired improvements for:

The next phase began with an in-depth interview with the client to understand their vision, brand values, and target audience. We identified the “Look & feel” for the new visual style — a blend of minimalism and premium aesthetics.

The final UI concept successfully captured the essence of the design, delivering a polished and cohesive interface that aligns with the overall vision of the project.

This new feature allows merchants to create and manage return rules tailored to specific scenarios. Merchants can start by selecting from predefined workflow templates, such as ”Question” to gather customer input.

These features were implemented to give merchants enhanced control over the look and feel of their portal.
They include options for customizing text and background colors, adjusting corner radii for buttons and windows, selecting accent colors, and uploading custom background images and branding elements such as logos.

The mobile adaptation of the "Process & Complete" stage was enhanced by incorporating new features, including multiple Return Methods (such as In-Store Returns and Print Return Label), various Refund Method options, and a detailed Overview section, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience across mobile devices.
